In our experience we have seen many of these individual phases managed well by a variety of newsletter writers. Unfortunately to neglect any one phase can be the difference between success and failure in this game. Yes there are many Technical Analysts out there that can negotiate these markets and make it an easier game of Market Timing and Capital Management. I have nothing but admiration for the few that are skilled enough to experience long term success. Personally we at The Global Speculator like to make use of all the tools that are available. Yes it involves a substantial amount of work but we wouldn’t do it if we didn’t think it was worthwhile.
